It's amazing! Coal loves it and instantly knew it was for him. Our Kitty is BIG, he is about 18 pounds and has not 'rocked' this tree. It is very stable and heavy, so with a run and jump it will stay still!

My husband and I live in a 42 ft 5th wheel and this the best washer/dryer unit for a place this small.... Read the instructions it will help you greatly and use mainly the wash dry setting it is the one that works for everything.... Put in small basket load... Add detergent... Set it and forget it.... 5 hr 43 min later everything doneI go to work and come home to clean clothesI swear if this item had thumbs it would fold and hang the clothes too..... Lol Highly recommend for small spaces

Big enough for 2 50lb dogs to share comfortably. Easy to wash. Older dogs that typically does not like beds loves this runner. Long enough to fit fireplace. Highly recommend!
